DB Global Services Announces New Business Relationship
with EXTOL International
Franklin Lakes, NJ - EXTOL International, Inc., a leading provider of Business to Business
integration (B2Bi) software for mid-size companies, has entered into an agreement with DB
Global Services, LLC, an enterprise B2B solutions and services company founded by former
EXTOL President and COO Dennis Bonagura, to provide EXTOL enterprise based B2Bi
solutions.
EXTOL’s software enables customers to exchange and integrate transactions, documents and
business processes between their applications and those of their business partners. DB
Global Services will provide customers with complete B2Bi solutions utilizing EXTOL’s market
leading software to help modernize the way the customer conducts business electronically and
facilitate seamless collaboration with their business partners and synchronization of their
processes and back-end systems.
Before leaving to start DB Global Services, Mr. Bonagura served for five years as EXTOL’s Vice
President of Sales and Marketing and its COO and President for the past 10 years. “Today’s
companies are increasingly concerned with modernizing their business operations and
